Pets Eternal offer a personal and compassionate individual cremation service for your beloved pet. We are only a small company so all of us are intimately involved with every step of the grieving process.

All pets in our care are known by name NOT simply a number! We treat your pet with dignity and respect from the moment we pick them up from either your home or from your veterinary surgeon, to the time they are returned to their family.

Be aware that there are disposal firms operating whose service may not suit your requirements. Make sure you know where your pet is going and how he or she is being handled.

At Pets Eternal we offer a prompt and efficient pick up service, 7 days a week and return your pets’ ashes to you personally within a few days. Just Click Here to print out and complete our authorisation certificate and hand it to your Veterinary practice. We will arrange everything else.

We pride ourselves on our personal, caring service and are happy to spend time with you discussing your options, helping you through your grief, or just as someone to talk to.

We believe your pets are an important part of your family. It is for this reason that there is intense pain when they are gravely ill or pass away. We understand how difficult it is losing such a loved friend and family member and would like the process of laying them to rest to be as peacefully as possible, for both the pet and the loved ones who are left behind.

When you receive your pets’ ashes back we also give you a memorial candle with your pets’ name on, to light on the fourth night of your pets passing. We believe all pets go to a better place and become another bright star in our sky.

Candle Lighting can help with the grieving process, especially for children and is something the whole family can be involved in. Lighting this candle every Monday at 8pm is a ceremony to celebrate the lives of our pets who have passed and remember the good times shared.

Please Note: Due to the new Fair Work regulations for our industry, which were implemented on the 1st of December, we unfortunately now have to have an increased surcharge for ALL public holiday and afterhours.. We are very sorry to have to implement this, but no longer have any choice.

Public Holiday Surcharge $120.00.

After Hours Pick Up $100. ( 8pm to 7am )

Christmas Day Surcharge $180.
